Mozart probably played for Sigismondo Chigi at his palazzo in Rome (piazza Colonna), possibly in the so-called Sala d'oro, constructed in 1765-1767 to celebrate Chigi's marriage to Princess Maria Flaminia Odescalchi (1750-June 1771), a daughter of Don Livio II Odescalchi, on 20 April 1770.
